Above and beyond! We bought a home 850 miles away in Oregon from our Laguna Hills home. We moved and left our home empty for the sale. There were many small details regarding prepping the home, making repairs, last minute adjustments as well as diagnosing situatuons and more. Martha happily took care of all this while we were unpacking far away. She took an incredible amount of pressure off us by interfacing with contractors, dealing with utilities companies with transferring issues we had. Not once did I have to get on a plane and return to handle things! Martha and her Team did it all! Our home was listed on a Wednesday, Open House the Saturday and Sunday right after and we got an offer on Monday. Only 5 days for which I attribute her attention to detail and her professionalism. Results may very obviously. Not to forget her extreme desire for doing above and beyond in my opinion what a Realtor would normally do. You can tell she loves what she does!
