We met Martha through a referral from a friend who worked with her on the purchase of their home. We were under a fair amount of stress due to multiple factors. I was 7 months pregnant, had a 15 month old, was working full time and we had lost 5 houses we submitted offered on. Our stress level was significantly reduced after meeting Martha. She was punctual, organized, and had excellent communication skills. Martha has a very warm and comforting personality which was an extra positive perk. She fought for us every step of the way making sure we got a fair and honest deal. Even after we closed on our home she was still available to help with any lingering issues we had.
