Martha was very helpful through the whole process. When she made suggestions as to things to do around the house to increase the sales price the suggestions came with reliable resources to help complete the work. Martha made sure we got the most for the sale even if it wasn’t directly related to the sales price during negotiation (ie. terminate repair being paid for by the buyer). Martha was very responsive to texts and calls. Also, she held at least one open house every weekend (some times both days!) once the house was listed.
