Because I feel that everyone offering a Service to others (especially when getting paid to do so) should be at the top of their game, I don’t do Reviews; unless I want to help someone from experiencing BAD Service. Today I am taking the time to write a review on Martha Haecherl because of her AWESOME handling of my sale. A year ago she sold a property in my neighborhood so she was referred to me by a friend who saw how expertly the handling of that sale went – he was really impressed. I am almost three thousand miles outside of the USA and gave Martha a call asking if I need to fly back home to put my house on the market. “Not unless you want to” was her immediate reply. She assured me that we can pull this off as long as I am able to convince my Tenants to move out when the time comes. She made that part easy also because by the time she met the Tenants they were smitten with her professionalism and good charm. Martha and her Team did a SUPER FANTASTIC job getting my house prepped, photographed, and listed within a week after that call – and – SOLD on the first day of showing (with eleven offers in three days). Handling and coordinating matters between all involved parties was like the sweet sound at a Symphony – she did not miss a beat. A month later, the house has happy new owners, this previous owner (me) is still relishing the peace and tranquility of knowing it is actually over, and, that it was actually the easiest and most stress-free sale I have ever done (8 in 30 years). And best of all, (Drum Roll, please) . . . I have not met her yet – did this all by phone & emails. We will meet one day soon, for certain, but for now I will savor how sweet this has been.
